I’ve got another paw-some freebie for you today!🐾
(See what I did there? Yeah, I just can’t help myself. 😆)
I’m sure most of you have stumbled across this pin for paw print socks at some point or another and thought, “Oh, those are cute. I could totally make them.” Of course like 97% of the other things we all say that about, you didn’t. I didn’t either for the loooongest time, but with all the kitty cuteness surrounding the Kittens and Cream launch, I figured it was about time.
So here you go! One adorable set of free Paw Print cut files, hot off the Silhouette.
Of course ya’ll can resize as you like, but to make things easier – I”ve set you up with a large version that fits my size 7’s and a smaller pair that work perfectly for kid’s 9-11ish sizes. There is also a little paw print trail just for cuteness sake.
A few tips:
- I made these with freezer paper just like the kitty noses, but heat transfer may have been a better bet. Aurelia’s socks were fine, but on mine, peeling up the paper pulled up some loops too.
- If you’re sticking with paint, you want to do a “pouncing” kinda deal to help get in all the little crannies.
- I used my go-to Tulip Soft* fabric paint, but if you want to make them into gripper socks use puffy paint instead. (*affiliate link*)
