Snapshot Sunday – Winter’s Last Hurrah

Some on you may have heard about the “snowquester” storm we had here on the east coast last week.

That’s such a dumb name isn’t it? Why does snow need a name? It makes us sound like a giant bunch of sissys, but anyway, this was it.

Roughly six inches of snowy slush that melted almost completely in a single night. Our first and last “real” snow for this winter.

I was pretty sick for most of the week, but Ant and Reli were “lucky” enough to get outside and have some fun.

Don’t you just love their sassy snowman? or is it a woman? I’m not too sure.
Thankfully I got to stay inside with my hot chocolate, a box of tissues and this little man.
Personally I think I got the better end of that deal!

So what about you?

Has spring come to your area, or is winter still holding on?

  1. I love those beads! A snowpersonage is not a snowpersonage til they're wearing beads!

p.s. did you know you're set to noreplyblogger? Tried to email you back from a comment on my blog and it didn't like it 🙁

Hope you're feeling better soon honey xx
